We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, charismatic and passionate Customer Solutions Manager to join our Labels team. Our ideal candidate supports us by leading our mission in changing the game in service.

Who We Are:
Established in 1982, Great Little Box Company is a leading manufacturer of Corrugated Boxes, Labels, Protective Packaging, Folding Cartons, and Shipping Supplies. We make almost anything a company will need to package, ship out, and display their products.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage day to day operation of your label’s team
  • Proactively identifies customer needs and supports the team to achieve service beyond our customers’ expectations
  • Motivates and leads your Labels Customer Solutions team by listening, solving problems and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges
  • Supporting your team as required, to identify areas of question and implement training action to improve on any found concerns
  • Presents new and innovative ideas for change by collaborating with all divisions to achieve results

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of Print Industry experience is a requirement
  • Background in a leadership role, with the knowledge of performance management, organizing and training staff and recruitment.
  • Thrives in a true team environment and holds strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective multi-tasking ability paired with a passion for organization
  • Post-Secondary Education degree or diploma is considered an asset

The People:

  • First point of contact for Labels Customer Solutions team and key liaison to connect Labels Department with other Departments; creating a supportive and strategic relationship with the team
  • Reports to the VP of Customer Solutions and participates in pending projects
  • Collaborates and coordinates with the production and sales team to ensure the customer’s experience and product is the priority in the business

Success Measures:

  • Customer Excellence: Attending daily production meetings and playing an active role in ensuring that our customer’s objectives are exceeded
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and Implement strategies to continually improve service and expand the abilities of the department
  • Culture: A supportive and enthusiastic attitude that provides a positive outlook to not only the Labels team, but GLBC as a whole
  • Trust: Uses and approachable and supportive attitude to establish a sense of trust between the employees and customers to accomplish any opportunities
