We are looking for a energetic, dynamic and self-motivated team player to join our existing team of passionate Packaging Specialists. As a Packaging Specialist, Folding Carton, in our Everett, WA branch, you will be responsibly for growing sales by developing deep customer and market relationships, providing consultative solutions and ultimately guiding customers to achieve the best suited product for their business and vision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven print and packaging sales experience
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
  • Must be a team player and work well in a group setting
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
  • History of hitting budget numbers and growth targets
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma and or sales related course an asset
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth in assigned territory
  • Achievement of sales targets through existing customer growth and new business development
  • Regular call cycle for existing clients and prospects
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to maximize satisfaction
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Supply management with reports as required
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

This position is a full time position 37.5 hours per week.
