As our HR Manager, you are an integral part of our team success. Your passion for creating and executing programs core to our values is your primary motivator.   • Provide full-cycle expertise and hands-on ownership of HR processes from recruiting and on-boarding through to the exit interview
  • Proactively manage our employee benefits programs, including front-line employee support
  • Increase our managers’ knowledge and practical aptitude of the technical and legal landscape of current employment practices; coordinate with legal counsel as required
  • Support the development of our managers by providing performance management guidance, coaching, and advice
  • Collaborate with department heads to help align operational goals with our people-first strategy
  • Actively seek new ways to continuously improve our HR processes and efficiencies
  • Lead and manage our Administrative team

About You:

  • You have previous experience as a HR Generalist or HR Manager and are confident in your range and depth of skills
  • You have or are working towards your CPHR designation, or have the relatable in-field experience
  • Your soft skills and ability to understand what motivates people is exceptional
  • You thrive on completing projects and are proactive in seeking out continuous improvement initiatives
  • You are a strong collaborator and flourish working within a team environment
  • Finding the balance between a respectful work environment and having fun comes naturally to you as these are also your innate characteristics
  • You have solid general business knowledge and view Human Resources as an integral part of creating a profitable business
  • You are enthusiastic both at the strategic level of HR as well as excited about hands-on ownership over HR functions
  • Previous experience in manufacturing is not a must, but is a bonus
