 General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing inside account list
  • Maintain consistent call cycle over the phone as outlined
  • Maintain detailed call cycle records
  • Effectively up sell or offer other products to customers to increase sales
  • This is primarily an inside position that may require occasional outside calls to customer’s facilities as required
  • Establish and build relationships within accounts
  • Outbound Business Development calls
  • You will be expected to make calls to target new business opportunities

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years as Customer Service or inside sales experience
  • Packaging experience an asset
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong technical skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work in a true team environment
  • Post-Secondary degree, Diploma or sales related courses an asset
